1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Value Add Network (the "Services"), operated by Value Add Network LLC ("Value Add Network", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Educational purpose only — no advice

The Services, including all tools, calculators, written content, narrative outputs, ranges, projections, and example Buy Box statements, are provided strictly for general educational and planning purposes. Nothing on the Services constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, lending, brokerage, or financial advice and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or invest in any security, real estate asset, partnership interest, or investment vehicle.

3. No advisory or fiduciary relationship

Use of the Services does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, or client relationship between you and Value Add Network LLC or any of its affiliates. Outputs are not reviewed by a licensed advisor.

4. Accuracy and assumptions

All outputs are based on the inputs you provide and on predefined assumptions that may not reflect current market conditions, financing terms, taxes, fees, regulatory requirements, or your personal financial situation. The Services, including the Value Add Network name, logo, text, design, and software, are owned by Value Add Network LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial educational and planning purposes.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Value Add Network LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Value Add Network LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Value Add Network LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
